Quiet Reflections

I am enjoying a quiet afternooon with children sleeping. I'm reflecting on the small and simple miracles we can see everyday. I know many others feel the same way I do, that my family is my greatest blessing. I feel the need, always, to recommit myself to being better. I want to be my best for them. Too often I'm not. To be a better wife and mother takes constant evaluation of my behavior and choices. I guess what I'm saying is, It is tough. I know that I can't do it alone. I need the strength of my Heavenly Father and the sacrifice of my Savior. When I feel I'm lacking in my duties, I always feel a boost when I pray and read the scriptures. it keeps me on track. I'm grateful for prayer and guidance from the scriptures. I love my family and I'm greatful that God has sent us these three choice spirits.
